Matt has over 30 years of experience in the Mid-South and beyond, including tax planning and preparation (for individuals and most business entity types), tax amnesty and problem resolution, business consulting and management advisory services, and audit and accounting services (audits, reviews, compilations, forecasts, projections, and other analysis).

This experience includes industries such as real estate, hotels, restaurants, not-for-profit, manufacturing,  transportation, warehousing and distribution, advertising, and many other retail and service businesses.

Currently Matt works with clients as a trusted advisor, focusing on tax and consulting roles. This may include tax planning and compliance work (individual or business), or business consulting engagements (planning, analysis, entity structure best practices, expense reduction, or a host of other projects to help maximize a company’s efficiency and profitability).
